Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor (Single man site) Location: Leicester Square Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum Responsibilities: Act as the sole supervisor for the landlord side of the building.

Ensure all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks are regularly conducted and up to date.

Oversee all statutory and non-statutory tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Review and submit Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) via the customer portal for approval.

Maintain updated site log-books.

Carry out general building servicing duties.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining a customer-facing role.

Requirements: City and Guilds electrical qualifications at levels 2 and 3.

18th edition electrical wiring regulations certification.

2391 certification (desired). Legionella management qualification (L8) (desired). Additional Information: This role does not involve overtime or call-out duties.
