Qualifications:

3+ years of HVAC pipe detailing/ modeling experience

Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred

Knowledge of sheet metal and plumbing systems

Knowledge of structural steel and construction as applies to drawing and modeling a building with an emphasis on BIM coordination

Able to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project and fabrication schedules

Able to contribute in-design review process and offer value engineering solutions

Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading

Excellent knowledge of drafting standards
