Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Learn and adopt APR selling process and complete required training
Present and sell the features and benefits of commercial and residential painting
Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of previous outside sales experience ( construction prefered)
Valid Drivers Licsense
Canidate must have a working vehical
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Pass background investigation (no felony convictions)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates should be polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, integrity, and a desire for high commission
Strong presentation skills
Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
