Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate of $14 an hour to $18 an hour

Location: Opportunities located in Houston, Texas and surrounding area

Responsibilities:

· Manage phone and e-mail correspondence.

· Provide excellent customer service in each correspondence.

List Qualification or Requirements:

Must be bilingual.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Typing speed 35+ words per minute.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

· Phone skills; including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems.
