Job Description

Carry out, from an assembly book, the assembly of sub-assemblies and structural assemblies of airframes and aircraft systems

Adapt your work to various types of assembly: fuselage assembly, aircraft cockpit and different types of components

Use manual or automated machines and tools depending on the work to be done

Ensure, by various means of control, the conformity of the assemblies in relation to the assembly specifications.

Maintain the work area in a clean and safe condition; Qualifications

Typically 5 years of experience in assembly.

Sheet metal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling

Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings

Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status

Own Basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of tools

Ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays

Ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside Additional Information
