Job brief:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to help take phone orders and customer support for all their pool/spa needs.

Our customer focus is on DIY and industry professionals for the growing pool industry.

Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations. We provide a fun, open setting for all our employees and provide additional benefits.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails.

Phone Etiquette is recommended.

Generate sales leads (Follow Ups and Call Backs)

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements and skills

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Strong phone handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school diploma (Or better)

Experience in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and Word)

Experience recommended using online platforms (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, Inventory Software)

1-Year Pool Industry Experience Preferred. (Not Required)

Ability to work well with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
