Family office strongly rooted in philanthropy looking for detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior executive plus one.

Base Salary $100-$135K

100% paid medical benefits

Hybrid schedule with flexibility to work to 6pm daily

Deliver platinum level white glove service to executive and outside stakeholders. Position requires a thoughtful, systematic, and smart professional who values altruism and working for an organization dedicated to giving back to society.

Manage calendar for senior executive and coordinate with team

Track and process expenses

Facilitate meetings

Liaise with vendors and build relationships with external stakeholders.

Office management duties will include managing office supplies and ordering food & beverages for visitors providing platinum guest experience

Provide project management support and help plan and execute events

Requirements:

7 years of experience, strongly prefer background in one of the following industries: philanthropy, family office, non-profit organization, or private school

Tech savvy with Mac experience; MS Office, Google Docs; cloud-based filing systems, Concur and Salesforce

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
