Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an extrovert personality that is hard working and ambitious. We are seeking a Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with Orthopedic and/or Pain Management experience to join our already integrated group. This individual must be willing to work with a team, have excellent interpersonal communication skills, and genuinely care about helping others. Our office already includes: Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and Interventional Pain Management Services. This is a rare opportunity to work hands on with patients and guide them through a course of treatment and experience the results with them first hand.

Proficiency in the Following Required:

Evaluations/Re-Evaluations

Diagnostic MSK Ultrasound Evaluations

Trigger Point Injections

Ultrasound Guided Joint Injections

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Regenerative Medicine Procedures

Prescribe DME to patients based on medical necessity

Appropriate documentation of each patient’s visit into EHR

Job Type: PART- TIME to start

Salary: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
