The Hybrid Workday HRIS Director specializes in delivering strategic HR solutions to drive business growth, enhance employee engagement, and support employees in reaching their full potential. Collaborating closely with HR, IT, and business leaders, this role assesses the current HR systems landscape and business requirements to create and implement end-to-end HR solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience and a proven track record in leading and implementing re-engineering and integrated systems solutions, including People Analytics. They leverage methodologies such as Critical Thinking, Lean, Agile, and Change Management to shape a better future.

In a dynamic environment, this individual collaborates across global HR functions, operations, and technology to achieve significant improvements in three key areas:

HR technology, systems, and processes

HR strategic capabilities, including talent management and workforce planning

HR productivity, business intelligence, and human capital analytics

The Workday HRIS Director leads strategic HR solutions, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Enabling Functions like Finance. Key responsibilities include:

HR Systems Strategy: Providing vision, leadership, and direction for HRIS strategy.

Partnership with HR: Evaluating and delivering HR systems solutions aligned with critical business needs.

Core HR Systems Ownership: Managing core HR systems for the Employee Life Cycle, front-line HR support, and program delivery.

Continuous Improvement: Driving operational efficiencies and service enhancements in HR programs and services.

Leadership and Guidance: Providing direction to the HRIS Manager and Reporting team.

Project Management: Overseeing project assignments, schedules, and deliverables within the business analyst team.

Operational Oversight: Assisting the Executive Director in directing global HR Ops Strategy and Operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

10 years of management experience in HRIS.

Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree

Proficiency in designing and managing business solutions and tools.

Demonstrated skills in project management and change management.

Expertise in problem-solving and analytics.

Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

Experience with Workday (required).
