Our ideal recruiter is someone who can establish and maintain relationships, is detailed oriented, and actively listens to both the candidate and the hiring manager to ensure a perfect match.
This position is based out of our headquarters office located in McLean, VA. Travel to client sites may be required.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Evaluate organizational development plans and confer with management to identify recruiting needs.
Assess specifications, competencies, and skills required of assigned positions to prepare appropriate job listings and candidate profiles, and post to appropriate job boards.
Develop effective recruiting strategies to source and attract candidates by utilizing databases, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other relevant resources.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, and conduct pre-screening interviews to determine suitability.
Coordinate interviews with the relevant hiring teams.
Maintain effective communication with managers by providing regular updates and feedback, as well as being able to accept feedback and willing to adapt to meet staffing objectives.
Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
Maintain an active sourcing log of potential candidates.
Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
Develop, organize, and execute college recruitment programs.
Review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates.
Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation.
Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates.

Qualifications/Experience:
At least 1-3 years of experience with Recruiting/Sourcing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
Experience in managing applicant databases
Knowledge of relevant employment legislations
Knowledge of applicable computer applications, sourcing websites, and job boards
Requirements:
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to travel when required
