Job Description

Excellent Real Estate Firm is looking to add a residential property manager. This Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of a portfolio of rental properties

- .Oversee day to day operations of portfolio

- Ensure Compliance with government agencies

- oversee capital improvements and expenditures

- solicit bids from outside contractors

- oversee budget for portfolio

- tenant relations

- ensure rent roll and deal with eviction process if needed

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus
