Job Description
Summary: Seeking an IT Tech Support professional with robust computer literacy and experience in digital technology program environments.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Active Directory, Windows OS (95/XP/7/10), MS-DOS and Linux (CentOS, Red Hat Enterprise, Ubuntu).
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate sustaining and implementation activities in unclassified Digital Technology Program Work Environments to support DFARS Lab Compliance initiatives.
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide deliverables for System Security Plans.
Achieve Authorization to Operate following cyber security processes.
Lead the implementation of DT technical security controls for DFARS compliance.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of small/medium-sized compute environments isolated from the production network.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Webex.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Pay: 20-27

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
