Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce our products and services.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads to nurture them through the sales process.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on customer interest and availability.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any concerns, and close sales deals.

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient verbal communication skills and a positive phone demeanor.

Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment.

Availability: Willingness to work full-time from our Allentown, Pennsylvania office and engage in on-site training and team collaboration.

Previous Telemarketing Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
