We are looking for a Shutdown Turnaround Instrument Planner to join our team based in UzGTL Plant, Karshi area. You will report to the Turnaround Manager and be responsible for working closely with Technical support groups, Plant Management, Facility maintenance team and contractors, with a focus on developing and implementing maintenance plans such that the equipment integrity and plant reliability is maintained at the lowest sustainable cost to Air Products, consistent with the facility’s asset management plan.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic planning and execution of shutdowns and turnarounds and will be responsible for meticulous scheduling, coordination, and optimization of resources to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You are a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multifaceted projects within a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of oil and gas facilities by orchestrating critical maintenance activities.

As the Shutdown Turnaround Instrument Planner, you will:

Strategic Planning: Develop detailed shutdown and turnaround plans in collaboration with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. Analyze scope, resources, timelines, and budgetary requirements.

Scheduling and Coordination: Create comprehensive schedules, identifying critical paths, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with various departments and contractors to optimize downtime and minimize production loss.

Resource Allocation: Identify and procure necessary equipment, materials, and labor required for the turnaround. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of resources.

Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with the shutdown process. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances that may impact turnaround timelines.

Budget Oversight: Monitor costs throughout the turnaround process, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of activities, progress, and expenditures during the turnaround. Generate reports to update stakeholders on the status of the project.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols. Implement and monitor safety procedures to safeguard personnel and assets.

As the Shutdown Turnaround Instrument Planner you already are or have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. (A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered.)

Proven experience in turnaround planning within the oil and gas industry.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across various teams.

In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the industry.
