We are looking for Senior Test Manager to join our growing team in the Washington DC area.

Requirements

•In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices.

•Experience in creating and maintaining Test Strategies, Test plans, and Test Suites.

•Exposure to automation and non-functional concepts to work with relevant capability teams on expected test coverage, entry and exit criteria and risk assessment.

•Great leadership and interpersonal skills. Expected to clearly and effectively convey issues and ideas to team members, management, and customers.

•Solid understanding of SDLC, waterfall and Agile methodologies

•Experience with test management and defect management software (TestRail and JIRA or close comparable)

•Able to prioritize, manage and track multiple activities and tasks at a rapid pace.

•Experience with API testing

•Proficiency in identifying and mitigating testing risks, including dependencies, resource constraints, technical challenges, and external factors, to ensure successful project delivery.

•Familiarity with concepts of digital transformation and willingness to support organizational transformation activities where possible.

•Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

• Write SOP based on Industry Best Practice

• Work in a multi-vendor environment and be ok with the uniqueness of a government environment.

• Strong English language communication.

• Can pay attention to, and take, constructive feedback.

• No clearance beyond CAC required.

•Openness to short term travel

A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $135,000 - $160,000.
