The Role:

Our Customer Service Representatives serve our customers by providing answers to their questions and solutions to their needs. Their priority is ensuring 5-star customer service with ever interaction and every call.

Schedule:

Now hiring for two different shift options. See shift options below.

Option 1: Monday - Friday 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Option 2: Tuesday - Friday 9:00A.M. to 6:00 P.M. & Saturday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

What You'll Do:

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a fast-paced, high-volume environment from customers, field technicians, and the general public.

Use expertise to build strong healthy relationships with our customers, inform them of all benefits of doing business with Peterman, and creating an open and accessible communication route.

Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy when inputting information taken from customers.

Assist in outbound calling to meet company appointment needs.

Meet all quantitative and qualitative standards established for the department and the CSR role, including acceptable standards, call availability and call quality.

The introduction and closing of active promotions, service agreements, and any additional services that we provide.

What You'll Need:

2+ years of dispatch/customer service experience.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Highly organized and able to multitask.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A clean, safe driving record, background check, and drug screen.

High School Diploma or GED.
