Real Estate Tax Clerk- REMOTE

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Tax Clerk with excellent communication skills, who can manage multiple responsibilities with a high attention to detail and accuracy. We need someone who is flexible, wants to help others, and enjoys the challenge of new projects! CST or EST preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Real Estate Tax payments

• Audit real estate tax payments

• Open & distribute incoming mail (via Digital Mail Room)

• Address changes for various taxing authorities

Requirements:

• At least 1 year related office experience

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills; you must be able to prioritize and manage several tasks at once to meet crucial deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy for high-exposure areas
