Job Description

. This person will support about 350 users total (100 Windows, 250 Macs) and growing as additional students enroll and more staff is hired. They will be all in-person support, very little or not remote support. They will primarily be in the building covering 7 different floors (offices and classrooms), with some occasional travel to the hospital (either personal or company vehicle).
