Job Description

With the current state of events our client is looking to build out their work force to support the contingency plan at each location as they will be allowing their current employees a level of flexibility that will take them out of the office. With schools releasing students they need to allow employees to work remote and this causes a need to backfill their work onsite.

The expectation of these folks is they will be used for project-based work along with their day to day work, such as builds and deployments on top of cleanup work. They also need to cover day to day support such as rounding, troubleshooting end user issues by working with a WOW (workstation on wheels) and moving around the hospital going from location to location resolving and documenting assigned tasks within the Remedy ticketing system. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, energetic, and possess a go getter attitude.

Important information:

• Will need flexibility on schedule and location. The more locations they are open to on the list the better.

• Flexibility for nights and weekends is needed for this work

• Nothing is above you and nothing is below you type mentality is important to success in these positions.

• Flexibility overall- can’t stress it enough.

Top Skills' Details

1.) Experience with mobile device support. (iPad, iPhone)

2.)Any experience with windows OS and computers is a plus

3.)Customer service and experience providing white glove treatment.
