Inventory Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory processes in compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies. This role requires a commitment to our corporate mission, collaboration with colleagues, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Store stock appropriately in inventory locations, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and using a 6 ft. step ladder.

Maintain department stockrooms and inventory programs using Microsoft Office and SAP software.

Conduct regular inventories and ensure adequate stock levels to support various projects.

Track order statuses and maintain real-time visibility of inventory movements.

Support emergency part procurement and follow-up through delivery.

Obtain quotes from local, national, and international vendors/distributors for purchasing needed parts, including searching for alternate suppliers.

Create purchase requisitions in SAP for parts/materials orders.Company Description
