Description:

This is a tier 2 support application analyst support role. This team takes on all tickets that are escalated beyond level I and are required to troubleshoot, identify, diagnosis, and problem solve to resolve any open tickets that may arise. This person should be comfortable supporting applications across a large enterprise. This person should also be comfortable facilitating communication with team members, other employees in the organization, and vendors. Day to day this person will pull tickets from the que in Service now and address those tickets in whatever means necessary to resolve the issue.
