Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a reputable school district in Arlington, VA for the current school year. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students. The specific caseload will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit for both the therapist and the students.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.

Assess and evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional goals.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.

Active Virginia state license or eligibility for licensure.

School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with students to help them reach their full potential.
