As DevOps Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the deployment, reliability and performance of our infrastructure used to build, test, deploy, observe, and operate enterprise applications, and web services. In this position you will lead technical efforts in containerization and the deployment of applications into the private and public cloud. To be considered you must have solid and demonstrable experience designing application infrastructure and automation operations. You must have a solid understand of how applications consume infrastructure and understand release cadences.

Candidates must be willing to go onsite in Buffalo, NY or Wilmington, DE markets 3x per week.

Skills:

1. DevOps - Candidate must have proven DevOps experience ideally in a hybrid environment of both On premise and Cloud.

2. CI/CD - Experience Architecting, Designing, Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines within enterprise environment.

3. Ansible - Client leverages Ansible for all of their on premise automation efforts

4. Terraform - currently have Terraform modules existing in the cloud. They are looking for someone that can modify existing modules and in some cases enhance.

5. Scripting - Python is preferred but they are open to Bash/Shell scripting. As long as candidate can show they have scripting ability and can pick up Python

6. Cloud - Preferable is Azure but they are open to AWS as well.
