Urgent Opening for Project Manager in Leading Construction Company

• Position Name : Project Manager

• Qualification : BE Civil

• Experience : 12y rs – 15yrs

• Industry : Construction / MEP projects

• Salary : Negotiable

• Location : Tiruppur, Tamilnadu

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan the initial requirements of the site and analyze the drawings & calculate the quantities and pre requirement the materials request to Head Office and follow the materials. Collaborate with engineers, architects etc., to determine the specifications of the project.

• Interact with all concerned for day- to-day work to ensure jobs are completed on time. As per the plan and drawing measurements and mandatory technical data follow and ensure to juniors and training them and difficult work found, as its clear with them.

• Daily monitor of contract labour appointed, against the labour cost and sub-contractor measurement bills. Visit & check the RMC plant, batch sheet and ensure as per data.

• Oversee the safe working as per prescribed safety standards at site and give the safety awareness to labours and engineers.

• Liaise with architects, consultants and clients for drawings, approvals and clearances. Attend weekly review meetings and update head office on the meeting discussion and action points Manage a team of engineers, operators, foreman, QC, safety officers and storekeepers to meet the project deliverables.

• Conduct the internal meeting and discuss the work improvement and milestone achievement. Check the petty cash expenses on daily basis and reporting the expense issues to HO during cash shortage.

• Update the progression of the project and report to management. Ensure clean labour shed sanitation and hospitality & control the material wastages. Coordinate the client & sub-contractors bill preparations and checking work quality bill submission to organization.

• Follow company rules and regulations and maintain the secrecy of company's transactions. Encourage and suggest improvements and ideas for reduction of time and cost for the company. Train and develop subordinates to elevate into next position.

• Motivating team members and guiding in a positive approach and encouraging them for smart work and peaceful work.
