The Agent, Customer Service Position interfaces with customers via Inbound calls, outbound calls, through the internet depending upon the client requirements. This position provides customers service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client’s products or services.
Responsibilities:
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance indicators (KPIs)
Clarity customer requirements probe for understanding use decision supports tools (KB) and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customers.
Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Maintain Basic Knowledge of client product and services.
Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Offer additional products and services.
Identify and resolve customer’s technical problems and validate’ s troubleshooting effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Exceptional Customer service skills required, Intermediate knowledge of PC and software applications; basic Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to type 35+ WPM (preferred)
CallCenter experience (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication skills/ professional phone Manner
Superior communication skills
Schedule Flexibility, aptitude to listen to caller’s description of problem.
Ability to interpret, summarize and document.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship.
Soft skills are required to maintain a good communication.
