Title of Position: Central GXP Coordinator
Summary of Position:
This role is a multi-faceted position that will directly contribute to the development and growth of the department, as well as assisting leaders in the department with system administration support. This position will require priority assessment, task coordination and effective time management. The role needs an individual with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a can-do attitude.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Develop and improve the reporting system (One Report) for every ministry area at each Gateway Campus
Collection and summarize all campus reports for the Campus Ministries team
Develop, collect, maintain dashboards of all ministry areas for Executive Leadership
Partner with the Central GXP Pastor to collect feedback from campus team members and present solutions and improvements to processes.
Assist in developing Guest Experience systems/processes across all campuses to improve the experience for church congregants.
Conduct campus visits as necessary to ensure the health and quality of campus Guest Experience teams.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquires within the department and responds to inquiries received through all communication tools the organization uses (slack, email, mail, etc).
Provide support to the leadership structure of the department including correspondence and communications, filing, calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
Prepare, process and timely submission of expense reports, PO’s, invoices, check requests and receipts for department.
Assist the Central Guest Experience Pastor with all general administration activities.
Establish and foster open lines of communication with other departments and sub-departments within the organization, specifically relating to Guest Experience
Maintain records including filing and administrative duties as needed.
Assist in recruiting efforts for the department.
Procurement point for resources needed in the department.

General Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Excellent at managing details and ensuring accuracy of mathematical formulas and data
Visual/Reporting design skills preferred, not required
General Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to:
Sit/stand for long periods of time
Occasionally kneel, or crouch
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
