What you'll do:
Lead people confidently, authentically, and powerfully into worship
Lead worship services weekly. To include, but not limited to: leading rehearsals and service run-throughs, debriefing weekends, and providing feedback
Develop, build, and guard worship culture at the Firewheel campus
Establish and maintain the excellence of the environment
Shepherd worship volunteers through pastoral care
Spot, recruit, onboard, develop worship volunteers
Be available for leading, planning, and participating in special events
Lead & develop the student worship teams with the goal of raising up the next generation of worship leaders and musicians
Other duties as assigned by Firewheel Campus Pastor and Global Worship Pastor
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
5 years of staff worship leadership experience
Leadership skills (including the ability to recruit and develop) preferred
Creativity and a strong work ethic
Commitment to excellence
Highly proficient vocal
Musical talent may include but not limited to: instrumental, songwriting, ability to sing and coach harmonies
Strong communication skills on and off the stage
Basic understanding of music theory
Basic abilities in DAW (Ableton, ProTools, Logic, etc.)
Band leadership and musical development
