As Operations Analyst for Pansophic Learning, you will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities that contribute to the smooth functioning and enhanced efficiency of our operations. Your role will encompass the following key areas:

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and uncover opportunities for process improvement. By fostering open communication and teamwork, you will be instrumental in driving cohesive operational strategies.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your expertise in data analysis to dissect and interpret intricate datasets, unearthing trends, patterns, and valuable insights. These insights will serve as a foundation for informed decision-making and strategic enhancements to operational processes.

KPI Monitoring: Take charge of developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). These indicators will provide a clear and measurable picture of performance, enabling data-driven evaluations of operational effectiveness.

Workflow Enhancement: Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous monitoring of operational workflows and processes. By meticulously assessing processes, you will contribute to their refinement, optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Strategic Reporting: Regularly generate impactful reports and dynamic presentations tailored for senior leadership. These materials will encapsulate operational insights, highlight recommendations, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest level.

Strategic Initiative Participation: Immerse yourself in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that foster operational excellence and drive sustainable business growth. Your active involvement will ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives.

Efficiency Enhancement: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for optimization within our operational workflows. By pinpointing these opportunities, you will contribute to enhanced efficiency and the elimination of obstacles.

Technology Solutions: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions that streamline operational processes. Your insights will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of technology for operational efficiency.

External Coordination: Forge collaborative relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational efforts. Your coordination skills will contribute to the smooth execution of operations.

Continuous Learning: Remain updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that pertain to operational improvements. By staying at the forefront of industry advancements, you will position our organization for continuous enhancement.

Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute your analytical prowess to perform ad hoc analyses and projects as assigned. Your versatility and ability to dive into varied projects will be key in supporting operational excellence across the organization.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in business intelligence, computer science, statistics, operations management, or a related field.

3+ Years' experience in an analytics role.

5+ Years' practical work experience with Power BI & SQL

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Proficiency in using analytical tools and software such as SQL, Power BI, Salesforce.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Mastery in Microsoft Office Suite, including tools such as SharePoint, Excel and Powerpoint.

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.

Experience in project management is an advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
