The Information Technology Office of the CIO seeks an experienced Business Operations Analyst (BOA) to join our team. The BOA must have a strong customer support background, experience in procurement, recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced interrupt driven environment. Advanced MS-Office Skills, the ability to multi-task, effectively communicate and work with individuals from varied backgrounds is essential. Information Technology background is a plus.

This role provides day to day administrative, procurement and recruitment support for an IT department of 150+ Team Partners across multiple locations. Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Supports the IT purchasing process including the creation of purchase orders, payment of invoices (via credit card or internal voucher process) and reconciliation of transactions.

Attention to details while focusing on budget and the accuracy of tracking IT spend.

Submits Help Desk tickets in support of technology needs for the department and onboarding of new employees.

Supports the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding of IT staff and consultants including posting job requisitions, administering candidates in the Applicant Tracking System, facilitating the interview and candidate screening process, corresponding with recruitment agencies and candidates, and serving as a liaison with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team.

Performs administrative duties including event planning, training coordination, calendar management, meeting management, and general office support.

Assists with project related document control including minutes, agendas, status reports, presentations, action items, correspondence, etc.

Requirements:

High School diploma required

Associate degree preferred

3-5 years related work experience

Experiencing working in an Information Technology department preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel experience such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc., required.

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System and Kronos Time and Attendance a plus.

Knowledge of Concur travel planning application a plus

Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility and follow up as needed, required.

Strong customer service focus, organizational skills and ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills required.

Ability to maintain composure and re-prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, required.

Ability to work well with all levels of internal management & staff and develop relationships with vendors is required.

Hybrid work schedule; 50% in office
