HIRING: Account Management Officer (Permanent Remote Work)

Australian based leading promotional products company request Account Management Officer to manage a portfolio of existing clients and gain new clients through outbound efforts. In addition to hourly rate, there is also very attractive sales incentives offered based on target achievement.

Key responsibilities:

1. Management of client’s requirements, from point of enquiry to delivery.

2. Smooth coordination and efficient management of the implementation process between sales staff, support staff, clients, suppliers to provide optimal solutions while maintaining product profitability levels.

3. Attend to email, chat and phone enquiries.

4. Preparation of proposals, quotations, processing of samples, stock checks and other pre-sales activities.

5. Perform item sourcing activities from local/overseas suppliers and obtain quotations as per client specification.

6. Invoicing and collection.

7. Perform sales retention activities to ensure continuity of client relationship.

Other tasks that may be relevant, directly or indirectly, to supporting the achievement of the director’s personal and group (company-wide) sales targets.

Relevant Work Experience

B2B account management sales in the product or service-oriented industries, with at least 2-3 years of work experience. Knowledge of promotional products industry would be highly advantageous.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in the English language. Both verbal and written.

· Strong account management/customer service skills.

· Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

· Price-setting and cost budgeting.

· Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts.

· Knowledge in different print methods on merchandise is a plus.

· Tech-savvy.

· Visually creative.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Resourceful.

Education and Training

A college degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely-related areas:

· Sales & Marketing

· Business Management

· Communications

· Industrial design/engineering

· Import/Export management
