R&L Heating and Cooling has an immediate, full time opening for a Customer Service Representative Person that thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to be efficient while maintaining a complex schedule and is able to multi-task or change priorities without getting overwhelmed. This position requires a very organized person with a high level of attention to detail.
We are looking to fill a permanent role and hope to find a long term candidate with the necessary experience. Please Do Not apply if seeking temporary employment or if you do not meet all of the required qualifications.
Typical Office Hours are Mon.–Fri., 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, But may vary dependent on company needs or weather. Occasional over time may be necessary.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer incoming calls (Excellent phone etiquette required)
Take and deliver messages as needed
Entering/scheduling/dispatching of new and existing customer information in digital platform
Issue purchase orders as necessary to techs and suppliers.
Process daily credit card and check payments.
Print, scan, organize, fax, file and email as needed.
Other tasks as assigned or requested

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 or more years of office experience
Ability to speak calmly and handle stressful situations
Ability to work under time constraints and ensure deadlines are met
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and make decisions
Must be able to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Professional and Self-motivated with a Positive Attitude
Service Titan Platform knowledge a plus
HVAC industry knowledge a plus
