Job Overview:

The Creative Director - Art Director will lead the artistic vision and direction of our creative projects, ensuring that they align with our brand identity and objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional artistic talent, strategic thinking, and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

Define and maintain the artistic vision and creative direction for all projects.

Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

Provide guidance and feedback to creative teams to ensure the quality and consistency of work.

Art Direction:

Oversee the visual aspects of projects, including design, photography, and illustration and TVC pre-production, shoots and post production.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring that all creative assets adhere to brand standards.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to bring concepts to life.

Team Management:

Recruit, mentor, and motivate a team of designers, artists, and creative professionals.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Client Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

Present creative concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and advertising.

Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the marketplace.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Outstanding portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and styles.

Expertise in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.

Experience working in advertising agencies or creative studios is preferred.
