Our client is seeking a Customer Engagement Professional to become the face of their dynamic team, specializing in structure customer-centric solutions for engineers, architects, and contractors, to help them develop cost-effective and energy efficient building solutions.

As the liaison between their clients and their engineering team, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding their unique needs and translating them into comprehensive engineering strategies.

Engineering Consultant Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their engineering needs, challenges, and objectives.

Conduct thorough technical analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and constraints.

Work with the technical team to develop innovative engineering solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.

Identify potential risks and challenges associated with engineering projects and develop proactive mitigation strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.

Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our engineering services. The successful candidate has:

Education in Engineering, architecture, drafting or a related field.

The ability to travel 50% of the time into the US.

Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.

Interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.

Analyze building plans and specifications.

Understand construction terminology and industry standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines. Compensation and benefits:

The compensation will range from $170,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.
