Work Schedule

Monday-Friday with weekend availability depending on contract requirements (flexible scheduling)

What you’ll be doing

Supervise and monitor customer service expectations to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Providing excellent customer service.

Perform janitorial services as needed.

Oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with the Executive Director and team to foster positive relationships with funders, service providers, referral sources, business representatives, educational institutions, customers, government officials, site managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Site visits at various locations in the West Michigan area. Mileage reimbursement provided.

Job Requirements

5 years related experience in the management of janitorial personnel and contracts preferred.

Ability to successfully pass the Federal Security background check.

Must have reliable transportation.
