We’re hiring a full-time Administrative/Communications Assistant for our Executive Division.

As an Administrative/Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing clerical and organizational support that contributes to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the Executive Division, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements and supporting division staff with events and communications.

Serving as Meeting Coordinator for the Division to ensure efficient meeting execution, including but not limited to room set up, refreshments, meeting announcements, reminders, agendas, and minutes.

Coordinating efforts related to the annual strategic planning process including document preparation, meeting attendance, staff collaboration, data compiling, communication, presentations, etc.

Maintaining the organization’s Business Continuity Plan, Information Security Handbook, and other documents as directed.

Supporting the Communications group with internal/external communications and marketing efforts

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

Advanced O365 word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Advanced electronic calendar management skills (Outlook)

Adobe Creative Suite helpful

Email marketing tools helpful

Strong ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Education: four years relevant work experience, Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred.

For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.

Starting Pay: $39,200 - $48,000, dependent on relevant experience
