Senior IT Implementation Technician

Acture Solutions in Albany NY is looking for multiple highly skilled Senior Implementation Technicians in the Troy NY area experienced in advanced PC/tablet/endpoint deployments, collaboration suites such as Microsoft Teams, and interested in gaining experience in enterprise level AV/teleconference installations such as Polycom and/or Cisco. We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Implementation Technician to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an onsite full-time position.

Skills and Responsibilities include...

Assist in wide-scale deployments of endpoints, collaboration technologies, and device upgrades

Support new Client Services based projects and work with Project Management to ensure all timelines are met.

Provide overall guidance on ticket queues and oversight of queues to ensure timely completion.

Provides direct support and contact point for SLT and JLT.

Assist Support Technicians to resolve incidents and requests as needed.

Monitor high severity incidents to ensure resolution within communicated Service Levels

Act as point of contact for escalations as needed.

Ensure the consistent usage and contribution to the knowledgebase

Ensure that the team is adhering to processes accordingly.

May work closely with other IT groups (Infrastructure, enterprise applications, etc.) to proactively identify and resolve issues that affect the end-user experience.

Undertake special projects as directed.

Who you are:

You have an Associates or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

You have at least 10 years of experience in IT support at organizations supporting thousands of users

You have 6 years minimum experience working with backup and recovery technologies

You have deep experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) toolsets such as AD, Intune, SCCM, etc.

You believe strongly in clean documentation, adherence to SOPs and checklists, and always having a clear path back from configuration changes

You know how to work with department heads, CIOs, CTOs, Directors of Technologies and how to keep them informed and also reassured.

You can change priorities quickly when necessary, yet still keep movement on long-term projects and tasks

Compensation- Acture Solutions is proud to offer an extremely generous and "Employee Forward" compensation program:

$95,000 to $115,000 based on experience
