Contributions

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst/Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, coupled with exceptional writing and communication skills. As an IT Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for a variety of IT products, services, and processes. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly guides, manuals, tutorials, and other documentation formats.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information.

Perform analysis to understand the current state of the system

Write and edit technical documentation including knowledge articles and system documentation to reflect the current state

Organize and present information in a structured and easily digestible format for various audiences.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documentation.

Update existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, products, or processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and processes.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Previous expose to Salesforce platform is a major plus

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
