ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital is seeking an energetic, data-driven, and innovative Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our remote Paid Media team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing paid search campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K per month. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 as well as a good grasp on how to structure campaigns to optimize performance based on each platform’s best practices. Equally important to paid search experience is the ability to communicate recommendations and analysis of performance to clients and colleagues alike.

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the Philippines and must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Management:

Develop and execute paid search strategies based on client needs and budget goals

Ensure campaigns meet KPIs through ongoing monitoring and optimization techniques, such as adjusting bid strategies, testing new platform opportunities, keyword research, etc.

Manage campaign structure, monitor budget pacing, and troubleshoot to resolve campaign issues across various platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360)

Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting

Client Collaboration:

Partner with client service teams to understand client KPIs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear and actionable format (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports)

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate on developing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies and other campaign plans

Stay up to date on industry trends to inform campaign strategies and best practices to apply to campaigns

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid search advertising

Proven track record of managing large paid search budgets (exceeding $500K USD/month)

In-depth, recent knowledge of paid search platforms and management tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360)

Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals through data analysis and optimization techniques

Strong communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal teams

BONUS POINTS

Experience in Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaign management

Certifications from Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Microsoft Ads

Additional professional certifications, such as Google Analytics

Night Shift (10PM – 7AM or 9PM - 6AM daylight savings)
