Receives, stocks, picks, sorts, packs, transports and loads merchandise with high attention to customer service for shipment to eCommerce customers. Utilizes computer screen, RF handheld/wristmount, fulfillment labels or hard copy reports to process merchandise with the aid of manual and/or powered material handling equipment as directed by Supervisor.

1. Utilizes RF units, scanners, CRTs or hard copy reports to record in an accurate manner the movement of merchandise from the time it is received until it is picked, packed and shipped.

2. Operates various manual and/or powered material handling equipment to transport pallets/carts of merchandise within the fulfillment center as directed.

3. Moves empty pallets, carts and storage racks as necessary to a specified location and stacks/stores them in a neat and orderly manner.

4. Confirms quantities of merchandise and other inventory to verify the accuracy of the order to be processed.

5. Loads trailers by using appropriate methods (hand stack and occasional pallet load) according to trailer cut-off times.

6. Audits, verifies and completes a variety of production paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.

7. Performs semi-routine duties where some judgment is required. Work is performed under defined and uniform procedures.

8. Exhibits reasonable care and operation of material handling equipment.

9. Handles and stacks merchandise in such a way to prevent damage to merchandise and/or prevent unsafe and unstable loads.

10. Performs general housekeeping duties within the department and assigned designated areas to ensure a safe and

appropriate working environment.

11. Maintains high levels of processing accuracy and quality to ensure consistent customer experience with every order.

1. Effective English (reading and writing) and math skills is required.

2. Previous experience within an eCommerce fulfillment operation preferred.

3. Demonstrated experience within a highly customer service/metrics driven operation preferred.

4. Ability to move a minimum of 60 pounds on a regular basis required (and up to 150 pounds TEAM LIFT).

5. May work at heights up to 45 feet above the ground.

6. Ability to effectively operate RF units, scanners and CRTs, as well as, perform data entry when necessary is required.

7. Must be able to successfully pass in-house training program for powered material handling equipment operator’s license, when applicable.

8. Ability to perform tasks within a multi temperature (seasonal) environment.

9. Ability to operate material handling equipment in a correct and safe fashion required.

10. Flexibility (if licensed) to operate all powered material handling equipment to include but not limited to Order Pickers (OP) and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).

11. Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with all associates within immediate work group, immediate

department and the fulfillment center and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.

12. Ability to handle multiple tasks, be detail oriented and meet production, safety and accuracy standards required.

13. Ability to perform physical activity at a sustained pace within a fulfillment center environment including walking, bending and lifting is required.

14. Ability to work overtime as needed.

15. Teamwork oriented with focus on Quality to ensure excellent ordering experience for our Customer.
