What You Can Expect this Summer
Gain experience on both the design and technical sides of a project team
Design in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Participate in site visits and client meetings
Design Day — showcase your assigned design project to KTGY Leaders
Experience opportunities to work with project teams on projects under design and construction
Develop relationships and build camaraderie with your peers

Execute work correctly within required deadlines and budgets.
Work positively with project team to meet required deadlines.
Consistently re-examine work as completed to verify proper execution; yellow out redlines as work progresses.
Edit and revise drawings.
May coordinate with sub consultants.
May occasionally attend client meetings with supervisor and other members of the project team.
Participate in field visits, project meetings, and team meetings.
Assist in the production of the following graphics:
3D models and renderings
Image Boards
Site plans, master plans, sections, and other associated planning exhibits.
Presentations, booklets, design guidelines, master plans, and other entitlement documents.
Hand drawing and/or sketching experience is a plus.
Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Abilities
Accurate and detail oriented
Ability to research and learn various codes and ordinances
Baseline proficiency using the following software:
Revit (preferred)
AutoCAD (preferred)
SketchUp
Adobe Suite
MS OfficeRequired Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years of college completed
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's level architectural/planning program
The wage range that the Company expects to pay is $20/hour - $23/hour.
