Job title: (Key Punch Operator)
Reporting to: (Sales Operations)
Key responsibilities & duties
Receive sales orders from salespersons through online portals.
Enter customer order details accurately and efficiently into the system using S&D software.
Verify the accuracy of customer order details such as product codes, quantity, price, and delivery instructions.
Process orders in a timely and accurate manner to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to customer orders and S&D to the sales team and sales operations, respectively.
Monitor stock levels regularly to identify any shortages or overstock and inform the relevant person.
Generate stock reports on a regular basis to provide visibility to the sales team and distributor manager about stock levels and movements.
Provide sales data to the sales team to support their claims.
Support the sales team by following company SOPs and assisting with various tasks to improve their overall effectiveness and productivity.
