The ER Supervisor plays an important role in supporting the Employee and Labor Relations Manager by ensuring effective resolution of cases involving allegations of misconduct and breaches of the company's code of conduct and safety policies. This position demands a proactive approach to resolving issues in accordance with the company's Service Level Agreements (SLA) and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Case Management: Support the Employee and Labor Relations Manager in managing and resolving cases within stipulated timelines, ensuring thorough investigation and fair adjudication in line with company policies and SLA.

Investigative Procedures: Conduct comprehensive investigations into allegations of employee misconduct, gathering all necessary evidence and documentation to support factual findings.

Administrative Hearings: Facilitate administrative hearings, meticulously prepare minutes, and ensure strict adherence to due process and procedural fairness and issuance of the Notice of Explanation, NTE with Preventive Suspension, and Notice of Decision.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and monitoring of all cases, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.

Educational Initiatives: Deliver training programs on basic labor standards and company policies for HR staff and frontline managers, enhancing their competencies in managing employee relations effectively.

HR Compliance Audits: Collaborate with the Employee and Labor Relations Manager to conduct HR audits, ensuring the organization's compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

Policy Development and Implementation: Contribute to the development and revision of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date with current laws and best practices.

Employee Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for employee concerns within HR, ensuring that employee grievances and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field, with a strong preference for graduates of Law.

Significant experience in employee relations or industrial relations.

Excellent written communication skills in both English and Tagalog, capable of drafting clear and concise notices.
