We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking candidate to join our established and growing team in Egypt.

You’ll be responsible for:

Onboarding new hires.

Monitor and communicating labor law updates.

Updating company handbook as needed.

Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, adding new hires, the final settlement for resigned employees, and any deductions or compensation.

Prepare and manage all employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.

Support with payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.

Responsible for recruitment including sourcing, Hiring, follow up on approvals & follow up on probation period, synchronize with direct manager accordingly.

Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.

Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment.

Generate and Updating Staff cost, Capex and Opex reports.

Handle all the medical insurance cases (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds).

Create and manage compensation and benefits for employees.

Manage quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.

Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements.

Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.

Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Track inventory and restock goods when needed.

Manage all procurement activities on Oracle.

Monitor e-invoicing portal and ensure payment onetime executions.

Administering the tender process, ensuring that pre-qualifying questionnaires and completed, and tender documentation submitted on time.

Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately, and the information input is accurate.

Create and manage all needed events.

Responsible for all office management activities.

Petty cash management and reporting on monthly basis.

Participating in Leadership team discussions and plans for business development.

Approaching developers and presenting our company’s services for collaboration opportunities.

Follow up on potential clients and maintain a strong relationship.

Support auditors with all requirements needed.

Update and manage all company official documents (CR, TAX Card, VAT, Insurance policies etc.).

Support finance team with monthly reports for PIT, Social insurance, and payable funds.

You’ll need to have:

Experience in a construction environment.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience in building lasting client relationships and providing support to strong, motivated teams.
