HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician with proven experience working on Commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, pumps and chillers). You will travel to each client’s location to inspect their current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. When required, you will install new systems and ensure they are running smoothly. The majority of our customers are large commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead technician: RTUs (Petra, AAON, DB), pumps, chillers, VFDs, controls

Travel to and from job sites as scheduled

Preventative maintenance, inspect current HVAC systems for for effectiveness and safety

Troubleshooting and providing information to quote jobs

Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance

Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

Qualifications

Commercial HVAC technician

Experience working on RTUs, pumps and chillers

Must have all tools (required to be lead tech)

Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship

Current state HVAC technician license

Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required

Proficient with manual and power tools

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
