Chat Support Associates - CDO site

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets

Qualifications:

At least a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Proficiency in typing and multitasking to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
