Junior Data Analyst - - Dayshift

Gathers data from reports of Hyphen Partners and inputs them in their respective trackers

Creates appropriate data visualizations as required by Senior Data Analysts (DA) and/or the DA Manager

Providing expanded analytics reporting as per business requirements

Data extraction and providing information to relevant internal and external stakeholders as required

Manage data warehouse such as cleaning, checking for erroneous/unusual data inputs, managing duplicate entries, and reports them to Implement performance monitoring tools and put in place systems to drive performance excellence, with guidance from the Senior DA·

Works closely with the Senior DA in developing new and improved analytics systems, all the way from prototyping to production

Here's what we're seeking:

Qualifications:

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, etc.) and Google Workspace/Suite (Google Sheets, etc.)

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in data management and analytics

● Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical skills, capable of turning data into actionable insights

● Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure

● Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a team environment

● Excellent team player with the ability to work independently when needed

● Takes initiative, highly productive, and effective in task ownership

Fixed weekend-off and DAYSHIFT (9am - 6pm)
