Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. As an RBT, you will work closely with students to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges, collecting data, and assisting in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.

Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges.

Collect data on student progress and behavior.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).

Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.

Qualifications:

Must hold a current BACB RBT certification.

Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.

Strong munication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
