What You Will Be Doing:

Lead and support Lean Six Sigma green belt projects to execute identified opportunities. Proactively update key stakeholders at all levels of the business on project progress and identified risks/escalations.

Using lean methods and structured problem solving to identify opportunities and facilitate improvement within the business.

Design, monitor and report on project related KPIs, whilst adapting and implementing KPIs appropriately to achieve business goals.

Continuously improve existing standards and processes to drive operational excellence. Ensure all process documentation created follows defined standards.

Collaborate internally, cross-functionally and internationally, at all levels, to identify and resolve issues, share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Identify key stakeholders, build and maintain strong working relationships to support project delivery.

Coach and support individuals and departments in tools such as lean, problem solving and performance management to drive best practice.

Ensure that all operational processes support the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers.

Who You Are:

You have significant experience in production optimisation activities

Preferably Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified

You take ownership of your projects and pride yourself on the quality of delivery

Collaborating with others and continuously challenging the status quo comes naturally to you

Preferably have knowledge of World Class Manufacturing/Shingo methodologies

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
