Job Description
The CSR must be comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), internet navigation, and quick to learn new software programs. Attention to detail, good math skills, writing skills, professional phone mannerisms, and good communication skills are essential. Extensive use of phone & computer in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking orders primarily through phone, web, and fax
Develop and manage effective relationships with all potential and existing clients
Resolve and respond to support questions
Work with appropriate personnel on customer service issues
Assist accounting with investigating credit requests and processing credit memos.
Assist operations with collecting RMAs, researching invoices working with Inventory and Ops to handle the day-to-day credits.
Assist transportation with collecting and scanning invoices and assuring that each invoice is accounted for and turned in to accounting.
Filing old invoices and credit memos and storing away documents
Perform other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES:
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Detail Oriented and highly organized
A friendly, professional telephone demeanor and prior experience as a customer service representative are preferred.
Excellent written and communication skills
One year of Computer operating experience.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
