About the Job
If you come join us as a Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:
1. Build Long-Term, Trusting relationships with our Customers
2. Answer phones and immediately handle customer requests.
3. Provide assistance to customers with service scheduling
4. Maintain communication with service personnel
5. Process paperwork & data entry
The position is full time with standard hours of Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with some Saturday shifts required.
